Happy 2022! Thanks for viewing my profile page. I have been a realtor with Coldwell Banker Flanagan Realty in Toms River for the last 15 years after a long career in the pharmaceutical field. My entry into the field happened to coincide with when the local real estate market tanked but I was very fortunate to work with some great buyers and sellers and make a career out of it. The good news is that the market continues to improve year after year. Even the dumpster -fires of 2020 and 2021 were amazing years for real estate. I am excited to see where we go in 2022.

I am a native of Northern New Jersey (Clifton!) but have lived in the Ocean County area for the past 30 years. Through my 3 kids I became heavily involved in youth sports (lacrosse, softball, hockey, basketball, softball, football...) and the parent organizations at the Toms River schools. I volunteer with the Interfaith Hospitality Network at my church, The Presbyterian Church of Toms River to feed and house the area homeless as well as deliver meals for A Need We Feed, a local Toms River based charity to help our friends and neighbors with food insecurity. When I am not showing homes my favorite thing to do is walk along one of the beach side boardwalks. I feel fortunate to live in such a beautiful area. and I love sharing it with others.

I know it probably sounds corny but I love my home--the idea of home-- having a place to call your own, feel secure, be yourself... and to be able to help people buy and sell the homes that are important to them is such a privilege!
